i just came back from my brother's play. it was ok. every writer has a motive behind their work. in this case i think he wrote the play to show his feelings on immigration and family. yeah so it was one of those plays. oh!! there was as puppet!! i loved it! if i could i would have taken it and run! but it wouldn't talk becuase there's no hand up the person's woho. the play was according to my brother, "his version of little red riding hood". so basically u get what it's about. the actor who played the wolf was hot! i have to talk to him next time! what surprised me were the songs....it was a musical which of course had well songs. i could have done without them but it's not my play. but if i had control of it i would have added one line before 1 song saying "i feel a song coming on!" and then the cast breaks out in song. yeah that would have been perfect!

oh! the new U2 tour dates were released today. maybe i can ask my dad for a really really early graduation gift to Japan or Hawaii and sold out concert tickets! i know i won't be able to go but it's nice thinking about it. plus there's gonna be Pearl Jam! it's like 2 concerts in 1! i would love to go, but i know i won't so it'll make that one time all the more special!

i found it!! i found it!! i had lost misplaced my U2.com memership card. i looked in all my stuff TWICE which took me a week but i finally found it in that white cover that come with my iPod! i was so sad because i thought i lost it! but now it's in safe hands*

Somebody To Love

man....it's hot!! it's always hot. it's summer. but it's cold at the moment. the air conditioner is blowing in my face......brrrrrrrrrr!

today is my brother's 18th b-day. my dad bought him a nice computer for his graduation present....and to top it off he bought him a car!! my dad is going for pay for his school (UC irvine) but he needs to pay for his insurance. i guess that's what lies ahead for me in the next 3 years. i better get a job..........

i finished cleaning the pool! so wee need to put water in it today so we can swim tomorrow. i practically cleaned the whole thing!! my sisters fooled around and tried to help....but in the end i was cinderella (except my 2 sisters were lazy instead of bossy). but i litterally had to get down on my knees and scrubbed till my knuckles were red. but it's my pool and my fault it got dirty. is it dumb of me to say that i don't know how to fill it with water?

sunday i went to my grandma's house to celebrate my uncle's, cousin's, and brother's birthday. it was horrible! there is 3 families of kids. 2 of them see eachother often and my family see them about once a month. they all know eachother's friends nad get along all chummy chummy. me, well while they leave me to take a walk i watch t.v. or listen to my ipod. it used to be that we all knew eachother like sisters.....now it's different. we r all older. we have different tastes in music. we dress different. and i found out that they r going on a trip together in 2 weeks!! i guess that's the price we pay for living 1 h 20m away. i'm not jealous, just mad that everything changes!! i hate change!!

thursday is the premier of my brother's play. he and his friend wrote it. yesterday he came home a wee bit angry...the leading lady was casted in a movie and she won't be able to do some shows. so he told me that they need to get a new girl and he resorted and asked me. i said "i can't learn lines in 4 days!! and he said that anyone they get has to learn lines fast. it's not only lines....whoever they get has to learn songs and dances! i can sing, but i don't think i'm so light on me feet! besides it was kinda a joke that he resorted in me. i'm a bit rusty with the singing but i wouldn't take the part. nope. not for me.

U2 tour dates are going to be announced this week. not that i'm going to one. just thought u might like to know*

Pirates was awesome!! i ♥ it!....it was like the first. mostly in the style it was shot. some of the fights went on long and seemed impossible to pull off in everyday life. i hated though how the movie ends on a high note and leads into the third. i guess that's how they make people see teh third. if you see it stay until after the credits for a small scene...nothing big, but it's funny.

still no answer on the bono question. my time is up i think. i thought about answering it. but the best i could do was not answer the question at all. will bono even read these himself? last time i looked he had 3,000 answers [that was friday afternoon]. he has no time to read all those...he should be working on something more important*

Animatronic Depp

Summer vacation!! 1st week done 2nd on the way. Last week I did nothing….at least I think I did.

Tuesday went to a friend’s house…that was fun…it was hot.

Wednesday we went to see superman!! It was really good. But I’m not as much of a nerd when it comes to superman…I mean I know a lot about it but hardly anything compared to what I know of Spiderman and x-men and batman. Speaking of Spiderman I saw the new preview for Spiderman 3!!! Ahhhh!!! It’s gonna be awesome!! May 4th (of next year of course)! Ok back to superman…man I ♥ Brandon Roth!! To me it seemed that Clark Kent and Superman were different….they looked different even though they were the same! (he’s no Christopher Reeve though) Just go see it for yourselves!

Friday I went to Disneyland with my family at home and 3 from….um not my home. Of course you know some of these people my cousin, my uncle, and my other cousin. We went to see the new pirates ride. It was mostly the same except Johnny Depp comes out 3 times!! I think it was worth it! Oh yes! it looked like him...and of course sounded like him! My cousin is still week and gets tired easily so they rented a wheelchair for her. We learned a valuable lesson with that….there is a limit of only 6 people per wheelchair. So you can take 5 people in the back and cut the lines of rides…..we had 9 in our party….but we only used the back entrance for pirates. It was really really really long!!! They let us through with 9 because they were nice. When the park was closing they shut down the ride at 11:30ish. All of a sudden as we are walking out we hear a loud “woooohoooo!” and a swarm from pirates. My cousin said “it’s Johnny Depp!” me falling for it whipped out my camera….still being confused I asked again what was going on and figured out they let more people on the ride. I wish he actually was there. She let my hopes down. All in all, I had a good time.

And of course this Friday I am going to see pirates of the Caribbean!! I yell every time I see a commercial for it! Oh! I sent a message to EXIT saying that I saw them in November, they were great, and I wish I could see you but there is an age restriction. So Affa (the bassist!) messaged me back:
we have an all ages gig this next tuesday july 4th in simi valley.... the gig info is on our website. i'm sure that is too short of notice.. but yeah.. we hardly ever play all ages gigs anymore... hopefully we will soon. THANKS FOR THE ADD!! NOVEMBER WAS A DREAM COME TRUE! Affa

I was excited to get a respond!! I want to go…especially cause my grandma lives near there….well past there. But my mom wouldn’t want to take me to a concert on 4th of July….she likes to watch the fireworks at home. So that’s my summer so far….hopefully something more exciting will happen!*
